Destiny Hope Cyrus Finley Dob 23 Nov 1992

Name change in 2008:
Miley Ray Cyrus (Finley) Dob 23 Nov 1992
28/26 17/19 23/31 35/28 23
You will notice she had and still has the 23 from Cyrus and her birthday the 23rd. The 23 is slightly extrovert which is always good if you are in the entertainment business.
The 33 she had from Destiny was very reserved, bordering on introvert. The 26 she had from the name Hope was friendly but reserved and secretive.
The new name Ray is 17 is very outward-going and fun loving. The big change comes from taking away the very reserved 33 of Destiny and replacing it with the very extrovert 28 of Miley. For those of you who do not have a copy of my book, I will quote 33 vs 28.

The Events Chart for Destiny then Miley from 2008.
The letter P is very positive putting one in a position of power which kicked off her career in 2006 when she was cast as Hannah Montana.
2010/11/12 were not her best years due in part to the negative letter combinations E, R and U, however, she bounced back on top coincidentally at the same time as the Y for success came back into her chart.
The letter Y is Very Positive. It brings success to all areas of your life. Y gives safety on or around water and for travel. The letter Y is good for health and aids recovery if there is sickness.
Miley has a long succession of positive letters in her chart, especially multiple letters Y right through until age 34. The letter Y has no doubt helped her father Billy Ray Cyrus over the years. The Y’s assisted Rihanna to reach great success from her names Robyn and Fenty as demonstrated in page 139 of my book titled Name Reality.
Wikipedia says about Miley Cyrus:
“Cyrus became a teen idol for her portrayal of the starring character Miley Stewart in the Disney Channel television series Hannah Montana in 2006. The record industry began cultivating a maturing image with her EP The Time of Our Lives in 2009. In 2010, she released her third album Can’t Be Tamed, which stands as the lowest-selling record of her career, and starred in the coming-of-age film The Last Song. Cyrus focused on her acting career with several television and film appearances in 2011 and 2012. Her sexually explicit behavior generated widespread controversy while promoting her fourth album Bangerz (2013), her first under her recording contract with RCA Records. Cyrus’ independently-released fifth studio album Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz (2015) deviated from her traditional pop style for more psychedelic experimentation. In 2016, she was announced as a coach for the eleventh season of the singing competition The Voice. “
